Chazaray "Chazzam" Tolbert was born April 30, 1982
in Newport News, VA and raised in the city of New York, NY. He first
exposed his gift in music at the tender age of 4. Growing up he wanted
to follow in the footsteps of his musically gifted family and often says
his most influential inspiration is his father, Richard Tolbert, Sr., a
very powerful pianist. The Jackson 5, Patti Labelle, Brian McKnight,
Silk, Luther Vandross, and DeBarge are on his top ten list of industry
greats. Chazaray has gained an even deeper love and knowledge for
music. He produced for artists with QueenCity Productions (Charlotte,
NC), served as President and recording artist for 4 DA FAM
Entertertainment (Macon, GA), and began HamTrackz Productions. His
credits include "Truth is..." (Tia Michelle) and "Johnny Bootlegger:
School of Maconga" (JaLon Blac)..." "With faith and belief in GOD, I
believe there is nothing I cannot accomplish."
